Trade Frameworks
All transactions are conducted under Incoterms® 2020, with clearly defined responsibilities for title transfer, risk, insurance, and delivery. Contracts are executed through internationally accepted Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA).
Inspection & Quality Control
Independent inspection companies such as SGS, Intertek, or equivalent are appointed to verify quantity and quality at loading and/or discharge ports. Certificates of Quality (COQ) and Quantity (COQTY) are issued as part of every transaction.
Financial Instruments
Payments are secured through reputable international banks using LC at Sight, Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC), or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC MT760). These instruments ensure protection for both buyer and seller.
KYC & Due Diligence
We implement strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and counterparty due diligence procedures. Buyers and sellers are screened to ensure legitimacy, financial capacity, and compliance with international trade and sanctions regulations.
